Build the Green Line to LAX or Else… - LAist

Is it just me, or does anyone else think this is unnecessary?

Don’t get me wrong: Conceptually, it makes consummate sense. Obviously, the train should go to the airport. But will it stop at each terminal or will there be just one stop?

Stopping at every final would be perfect. It would also be surpassingly expensive as fully as actuality a nuisance by reason of those people who want to ride it past the airport.

Having just one stop doesn’t perform a whole lot of reason because you still have to snatch a shuttle bus to your terminal.

Here’s a better idea: Have a radiate of shuttle busses that run from the Green Line’s Aviation/LAX station to everything terminals along the departure level. The busses afterwards go down to the arrival horizontal line and fix upon up passengers and take them to the Metro. You could use the same busses that currently shuttle passengers betwixt terminals (essentially, you just add one greater degree of stop).

If I remember correctly, this is how they do it in Boston and it works in truth well.
